Jenn Allen
Jenn is the founder of Lucid and an operational finance consultant with a decade of experience in accounting and financial operations. Her background spans both private and public accounting, giving her a strong technical foundation and experience working with businesses across multiple industries.
Jenn specializes in taking complex or disorganized financial systems apart, identifying what is not working, and rebuilding them into a structure that is accurate, practical, and easier to manage. She brings the books, workflows, and reporting into alignment so business owners can trust their numbers and understand the true story of how their company is performing.
Her experience in construction, roofing, and other project-based industries has given her a practical understanding of what happens when a company’s financial infrastructure does not keep pace with its growth.

I’m Jenn Allen, founder of Lucid Co. I help growing businesses build and restructure the financial systems they need to operate with clarity and confidence.
With a background in public accounting and more than a decade of experience supporting construction and other high-volume businesses, I specialize in untangling complex financial operations, improving reporting, and creating processes that connect accounting to the way a business actually runs.
My work goes beyond keeping the books. I help business owners understand what is happening financially, strengthen the systems behind the numbers, and use that information to make better decisions about what comes next.
Bookkeeping Associate
Jonathan Lodge
Jonathan Lodge is a Bookkeeping Associate at Lucid with a talent for complex problem-solving, Excel modeling, and building practical budgets and financial templates from scratch.
He is studying Finance at Kennesaw State University, with a minor in Accounting and a second degree in World Languages and Cultures with a concentration in French. Jonathan has earned a place on the President’s List every semester and is a member of KSU’s Model United Nations team.
Outside of work and school, he enjoys long walks, reading novels, spending time with family, and updating his own financial plans.
